Of course I know that creating a cook book is hard work, I mean you have to have your own recipes. Not ones that somebody else made and you just fixed it for dinner one night. After all who wants a cook book with 75% of the recipes that they’ve seen before or have in other cook books. Right now I don’t think I’m really working towards getting one published but have my own for my own personal reference. But publishing would be pretty fantastic if it worked out that way! ;-)
So I’m on a mission. I am working on creating my own recipes. As a matter of fact the other night I created my own “Grown Up Chicken Nuggets” and Taco Pizza! And they were both fantastic recipes. I will be posting those recipes soon. However, y’all are going to start seeing a lot of my own recipes.
Here are the ones that you can find on my blog now that are mine.
- Buffalo Chicken Pasta
- Mexican Lasagna
- Pizza Pasta Bake
- Peanut Butter Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats
- Grilled Stuffed Burritos
- Chicken Chimichangas
- Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
- Pizza Roll Ups
- Cheeseburger Hash
- Fried Chicken
- Vegetable Soup
- Home Made Vanilla Ice Cream
- Chicken Tacos
- Pepperoni Pizza
- Pico Da Galla
- Southern Sweet Tea
Oh and if you notice my recipes are easy, fast and simple. I love to cook but I don’t like using 10 different ingredients and I like to cook with items I normally have in my kitchen.

I love your recipes!
This is a good project. I love new cookbooks....
What a great idea. I am going to have to try these recipes!
For Christmas this year I actually made little crockpot cookbooks for the family memebers. Most of them read the blog and wanted a way to put all the recipes in one spot. It floored me when my aunt put that she wanted my crock pot cookbook on her birthday list.
Can't wait to see where you go with this idea, until then I will be trying your 10 recipes!
