Today, I plan on being lazy. I’m gonna watch the Gator game {of course!}. We’re playing Kentucky today.
Zack and I have had The Book of Eli from Netflix for far too long and we plan on watching it after the kids go to bed tonight. It’s gonna be hard to stay awake that late, but I’m gonna try! Since I started working, staying up after 10 is SO hard to do.
As I lounge around today in my favorite Holister pants I’m gonna be sipping on my new favorite coffee, S’mores by Archer Farms at Target out of my favorite oversized coffee mug! I got it last year while playing Dirty Santa with my family. :-)
Reading the newest Martha Stewart magazine…her Halloween stuff is AWESOME!
Plus I plan on eating a couple of these…
Peanut Butter Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats
What do you need?
What do you do?
- In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add peanut butter, stirring until combined.
- Add cereal, candy corn and peanut butter chips. Stir until well coated.
3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares.
These are so good! I made two batches and took one batch to school this past week for the PreK snack. They loved it! It’s so yummy. I think that during Christmas I’m going to use M&M’s instead of candy corn. Enjoy!!

That sounds like a wonderful day. I've made some rice crispy treats similar to those, with the candy corn and I loved them. Ooh, that coffee looks rather tasty as well. I hope you and Zack enjoy the movie. I have some shows to catch up on.
Mmmmmm S'mores coffee is the bomb. I think I'm gonna get that next time too :) Yuuuuuummy! Lazy days are the best! Have never had krispy treats with candy corn...bet they are pretty flippin good though :)
