What do you need?
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can refried beans {we used Taco Bell brand}
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 3 slices onion, chopped
- sour cream
- Add ground beef and onion to a skillet and cook until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are translucent.
- I like to heat up the refried beans to make them easier to spread. So if you want to do this, heat them up when the meat is almost done.
Place these under the broiler in your oven until the cheese is bubbly. When these are finished top with lettuce and tomato. Slice like a pizza and add a dollop of sour cream to each slice. Enjoy!
