I saw Kelli do this recipe a couple of weeks ago and thought that it sounded easy and good. The recipe was originally posted on Tanya’s blog.
What do you need?
1 pound ground beef
6 bacon strips, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package (8 ounces) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cubed
1 tube (16.3 ounces) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
What do you do?
In a large skillet, cook the beef, bacon and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add cheese; cook and stir until melted. Remove from the heat. Flatten each biscuit into a 5-in. circle; spoon 1/3 cup beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and mustard; serve with roll-ups. Yield: 8
servings.

I didn’t have Velveeta so I used shredded cheddar and it worked out fine. Oh and I didn’t put the ketchup or mustard in either. Since we are all so different I decided that we could just dip them. So whichever way your family likes to eat their burgers! These are yummy!

Yeah! Jamison loved these and wants me to make them again. Rondell wants me to use more cheese next time. I used American cheese slices bc I didn't have Velveeta.
Oh my gosh, Joanna - that looks AWESOME and I think everyone here would eat it (which is a novelty in itself!). THANKS for that and have a good weekend ~ ♥
Yum! I tried a cheeseburger pie thing last night and my boys actually ate it:) I think they would really like this too!
I'm drooling! Darn low-carb lifestyle... I may have to cheat a bit and sneak this one in very soon!
