Oak Leaf Hydrangea

All these years I thought that this beautiful flowering bush/plant was a Seven Bark, because after all that is what I had been told. 
Only after I picked my first ever bloom and brought it inside to view it from more than just my bedroom, : )  I decided to Google and get the correct term.
And after much searching, I learned that this was a Seven Bark….

And that what we had growing over 6 feet tall in the flower bed behind our bedroom window was an Oak Leaf Hydrangea.
