What do you need?
- 1 pound meat (by meat I mean, ground beef, turkey or chicken) We used beef
- 1 can beans (pinto or ranch style) I chose Ranch style
- 1 can whole kernel corn (yellow or white) we went with yellow
- 1 can diced tomatoes (we went with the ones with green chilies)
- 1 pouch of taco season mix
- 1 pouch of ranch season mix
- one onion diced (we went with red)
- Cook your meat and onion (add salt, pepper and what ever else you’d like to add). Drain if needed.
- Add all canned ingredients. Drain corn before adding!
- Add 2 cans of water. You can add more depending on how you’d like the consistency.
- Add your powder mixes.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 30 mins and it’s ready! Of course the longer you cook it, the better it gets! Even better warmed up!
