VTech Inno Tab 3S Review and Giveaway

One item that’s on the top of most kids Christmas lists this year is some sort of tablet.  No matter what the brand may be, your little one may not be responsible enough to have something that costs an arm and a leg.  And you may want something that doesn’t have to be set up with parental controls to keep him or her from accessing some not so kid friendly sites.  Let’s face the app facts as well, although there are a lot of them that are educational, the ones that are; either aren’t very fun or are too hard for little kids.  

Most every brand is coming out with some sort of “kid friendly” tablet, but have you looked at their prices?  Sure, there are some more budget friendly choices out there, but by brands you’ve never heard of, or they don’t offer the bells and whistles the more expensive ones do. 

We got the chance to do a review for the very well known VTech brand’s new Inno Tab 3S, for ages 3-9.  It has far more then I would have thought for price of less than $100!!  That is the perfect Christmas budget price. 

For one, the VTech Inno Tab 3S has a 180 degree rotating camera for front and rear facing photos and videos.  It’s easy to work and offers up some fun features to enhance the photos with.  There are frames, funny faces, and various effects.

Your little one can also browse the internet with the built in Wi-Fi feature.  There are already pre-selected web sites that are kid friendly.  Plus, this feature can be combined with your child’s favorite sites, and they are all accessed at the touch of a button. {touch screen button that is}

This tablet comes packed with a lot more apps then ones I’ve seen as well.  Which make it easier to use right out of the box.  Plus there are tons of apps that you can purchase through the Learning Lodge.

One app that we were super impressed by was the Kid Connect app.  Which this is the ONLY tablet that it’s featured on!  Kid Connect is the coolest app for kids around.  Your kid can send and receive text messages from their parents, siblings, and family members who have downloaded the free app for their smart phones and tablets.  Kelsie loved the idea of being “grown-up” and texting. Kids can connect in real time by texting, drawing, and sending photos back and forth with Kid Connect. There is so much info on the Kid Connect Premium app, that you just need to read it all for yourself!  Plus here’s a quick video about it.

Another awesome feature is the rechargeable battery pack that it comes with.  I don’t know about you, but out of town trips, and daily commutes keep our battery operated devices drained.  I love that with this you can just plug and charge with the AC adaptor. 

We were very impressed with the VTech Inno Tab 3S and highly recommend it for those of you with younger kids that are asking for a tablet this holiday season.  Pick them up one that you’ll feel good about.  One that is by a brand that we know and trust.  One that is educational and jammed packed with fun!
