The Trouble with Being a Horse Book Review

I have worked with The Cadence Group for some time now reviewing books.  Or shall I say, Kayla has worked for some time reviewing their books.  After all, she is the one that I am allowing to basically write the reviews. All I’m doing it typing them up.  Why would you want my review when it’s a book geared towards her age?  Anyways, back to what I was saying…
imageKayla had the chance to review the book The Trouble with Being a Horse by Emily Edwards and here is what she had to say.
“The Trouble with Being a Horse is definitely the best horse book I’ve ever read.  It kept getting better and better, I honestly couldn’t put it down.
What would you do if you woke up one day as a horse?  Well that’s what happens to Olivia.  She goes on a long hard journey and gets scraped by a bear verbally and physically abused by a young boy and wins champion show horse.  But her journey didn’t end there.  She made many new friends who helped her along the way.”

What a great review. This does sound like a great book. I think it is so neat that you are letting the kids read and review the book, that is so benifical. Before long they will be blogging with the rest of us.
