~ I tried really hard this morning to get up at 8:30. It didn’t happen because I didn’t get to sleep until almost 1am. :-/
~ On Friday I got a lot of stuff done. Except washing clothes. I rearranged the living room, with Kayla’s help. {I’ll post pics soon} I organized the hall closet. It looked like this and yes, I know it was a disaster!
Now it looks like this…
~ I didn’t buy that sander that I should have on Friday night and even blogged about doing. :-/ Other things got in the way this weekend and trying to do the kitchen would have never happened. We had rain. Zack took half the day on Sunday to clean out our ac unit. We got the stuff you get your condensers cleaned with when you pay those a/c guys to come and do it. Let’s just say that we saved a ton of money AND our a/c unit is blowing harder air and it’s not running as much.
~ I did work on Kayla’s room! I patched a hole behind her door. I can’t wait to show y’all how I did it in less than 60 seconds! Last thing now is shelves. Saw some at Target last night that I’m gonna get for her either tonight or tomorrow night. So her room reveal will be sometime this week. Finally.
~ I did have time to do a craft! One that will save us lot’s of money and you too. I will be showing y’all what/how I did it this week. So run to the store and buy…
~ Maybe the kitchen isn’t at the top of my to do list anymore. I have another craft/hack that I’m working on to put in our living room on the wall. I can’t wait to show y’all that one either!! It has something to do with Pottery Barn. ;-)
~ I am starting today on a crazy/hardcore workout schedule. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been counting calories and working out at least 5/6 days a week. I lost 2 pounds and have gained them back. All in 3 weeks time. Do you know what this does to a persons mentality!? Ugh. It’s not good. And I know your weight fluctuates…but trust me that is not this. It’s not water either. I am ready to throw the scale off the top of the Empire State building! I am debating with myself to blog about all this stuff to maybe hold myself accountable. I’m not sure yet.
~ I also have a new recipe to share with y’all this week. Let’s just say you can hide 10oz of Spinach in it and your kids/whole family will love it. My kids requested it again this week! :-)
Happy Monday!

Your hall closet looks like mine (the before pic that is). You guys are great for doing things yourselves and now your AC is working well...just what you need with this heat. I can't wait to see Kayla's room...I'm sure it's so cute! I need to get some card making down and get them on my etsy page pronto! Throw the scale away...it's so much more about health than pounds. It's wonderful that you're getting out there working out.
I need to get back on a sleep schedule soon too!!
I just cleaned out our hall closet too. Isn't it amazing how out of control they can get?
Anxious to see what craft you've been working on :o)
It sounds like you have been busy!
You have inspired me to tackle my hall closet and the garage-
but it is sooooo hot here (South Texas).
Enjoyed visiting, and I linked to the same party.

I am so glad someone else is sleeping in. I thought I would put us on a school schedule this week, but that was until it was raining this morning so we slept in until 9:30. I guess we will just start the new schedule when school starts. Can't wait to see the new recipe.
Blessings!
excited to see all of the work you've done! that closet looks so much better :) my hubby worked on our daughter's closet the other week too!
