It’s Field Trip Time

Last Friday Kelsie had a field trip to Gulf World Marine Park.  We have been here before.  As a matter of fact I wrote up a little bit about them here from our trip.
Anyways.  I of course jumped at the chance to go with them.  After all I went with Kayla when she was in Kindergarten.  I remember that trip very fondly.  I was pregnant with Kelsie when we went.  It was hot and I remember running to Kmart that morning to buy a new maternity shirt to wear. 
Back to Kelsie’s field trip.  It was a lot of fun.  Kelsie really enjoyed herself.  However, it wasn’t the best weather for it.  It was COLD.  And the traffic on the way home was insane.  Because well this is Panama City and there were Spring Breakers every where on Back Beach Rd.





We started with the reptile show and then it was on to the sea lion Otto.  We went to the dolphin show, had a little snack and then we finished with the bird show.  The kids had a lot of fun looking at all the birds and the sea turtles and sharks.  I tried to talk Kelsie into getting her picture made with Otto {he gives the person a kiss} but she didn’t want too and I wasn’t going to make her just so that I could pet him.  Maybe I should have paid just for myself. :-P
