You make banana bread! I love banana bread. I always have left over bananas…not sure what it is about the last few but they never get eaten. Between banana pudding and banana bread, we always use up all of our bananas. :-)
I wanted to try out a different recipe this time for banana bread and I’m glad I did. This one was perfect! And the one I’ll always use from now on.
What do you need?
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 6 ripe mashed bananas
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
What do you do?
Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased loaf pans {2} and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Why is it that the last two or three don't get eaten...not matter how many we buy. This bread looks very delicious!
