Buffalo Chicken Pizza

The other day I wanted some buffalo chicken so bad, however I also had a hankering for pizza….So I wondered if I could just put the two together..and I did.  And it turned out amazing!  So of course I’m gonna share it with all y’all! : )

What do you need?

  1. One can Pillsbury “thick” pizza crust.
  2. 3/4 bag of frozen pop corn chicken, cooked according to directions
  3. Buffalo sauce {your favorite brand}
  4. One bag pizza blend cheese
  5. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  6. 3/4 jar of Ragu Garlic Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
  7. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

What do you do?

  • On a large pizza pan {16”} dust with corn meal and stretch your crust to fit
  • In a medium saucepan mix together Alfredo sauce and blue cheese until the cheese is melted
  • Spread sauce evenly on the crust
  • Cut the popcorn chicken {that has been cooked} in half
  • Mix together enough buffalo sauce to coat your popcorn chicken
  • Sprinkle the pizza with the cheese, you can use the whole bag if you wish{we did!}
  • Add your chicken next, followed by your sliced onions
  • Bake at the temp that the crust calls for, for the lowest amount of time or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust edges are brown.

Enjoy!
