We are only a few short months away from Summer and I am sure that your already looking for ways to entertain your kids on a daily basis. After all you can only hold so many sleep overs until your tired of hearing the squeals and giggles of little ones. {I know that from experience!}
I know that we all look forward to Vacation Bible School because it’s a week long full of activities that your kids will have a blast doing. However that is only one week. What about the weeks you aren’t going on vacation? Well you can choose a day camp. Of course there are a lot of different locations and activities, so you’ll need to choose one that is right for your family.
One that I’d like to encourage y’all to check out is KinderCare Summer Camp. You can also search for a location near your home on this site as well. At KinderCare Summer Camp there is a huge variety of themes so that you can choose the one that appeals to your child, ensuring that they have the time of their life. After all Summer camp can hold memories and friendships for a child that can last a lifetime.
At KinderCare Summer Camp each week there is a new theme, such as Gross and Gooey Science, this is based on all ages. {preschool, preK and school age} Some of the activities during the Gross and Gooey Science:
learning technical terms like “mucus,” creating spectacular “earwax” art projects, carrying out a number of revolting-in-a-good-way science projects, plus a blob of other gross games and gooey activities.
If that doesn’t sound like something your kids will love there are lot’s of others. I think that Kayla would love You’ve Got Talent. {school aged only}
As much as she loves to sing and dance, this theme would be perfect for her.
Activities include singing, dancing, designing costumes, creating promotions, writing scripts, and sharing them to the acclaim of the whole troupe.
On the other hand Kelsie would be much happier with Surf’s Up. {preschool and preK only}
She would have so much fun with all the activities:
Building sandcastles, learning greater balance through pretending to surf, creating inspiring ocean art, and writing beach poems and postcards. Camp culminates with an afternoon “beach” party featuring songs, dancing, games and more.
For each week your child attends the KinderCare Summer Camp he or she will receive a new button for their bracelet! As much fun as all the themes sound I’m sure your child will have their bracelet filled up by the end of Summer! Plus they’ll have a Summer full of fun and learning!
“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of KinderCare and received a gift certificate to thank me for taking the time to participate.”

Ooh, I will have to check that out. I think we'll try and do a camp next year for Jamison.
