Wow..My Bad!

First off I’d like to say that we left Wednesday morning by 9am going to Disney World for the Social Media Moms Conference and didn’t get in until after Midnight last night.  2nd, I’d like to say that I learned a lot and had a great time.  3rd, I’d like to mention that while I was there I only had internet access on Wednesday night.  Lastly, my Pro Photobucket acct expired on Thursday {apparently} and I had NO knowledge until about an hour or so ago!  There were not any emails sent prior to my leaving.  Nor were there any on Wednesday night saying that it would expire the next day.  Otherwise it would have been fixed right then!!

I appreciate the emails, comments and Facebook messages that were sent to me, that were kind and courteous.  Others were down right rude.  I have always helped my clients and even done “free” work for a couple of you, yet you still want to be rude to me because I wasn’t able to jump up and fix it at your will.  I do no apologize to those of you who went out of your way to demand things to be fixed right then and there.  If you lost followers then apparently they weren’t there for the right reasons.  Do not blame this on me.  If your blog was “ugly” it was only for a few days and it was not the end of the world.  You survived!  There are a lot worse things going on in this world than worrying about a problem going on with your blog.  And as a few of y’all mentioned, if I would have known about it, it would have been fixed.

I do not appreciate the rude comments and posts that were posted during this time between one another, I have copies of those since most of y’all have deleted them now.

And it’s good to know that nothing happened to me because there is no telling what kind of crap that would have been said in my not responding to comments and emails.  Some of you should think prior to typing!

All is well now, I reinstated the account and it will be good for another year.  I have contacted Photobucket to let them know that they need to send out prior notification in making me aware of the account expiring.

Hey Joanna ~ I hope my comments didn't appear sound rude to you cuz I never intended them that way. I figured out how to remove most of them within a few minutes, it was easy. I also knew that you had posted about going to Disney World and that you had no clue what had happened to your blog and others. The fault was with Photobucket, that was obvious!
Glad you had a great time at the Social Media Moms Conference.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I saw a few of those posts online and thought they were down-right rude and extremely hateful. I even un-followed a few for being so completely inconsiderate...you have a life too. And it doesn't revolve solely around them and their needs. No worries...hope you had a great Valentines Day!

Joanna, I apologized to you in an email if my comments were rude to you, I didn't intend them to be. So, let me put that here on your blog for all to see. I apologize if anything I said was construed as rude. I was just looking for help & luckily I was able to fix mine before you returned. It was not the end of the world at all and I fixed it and moved on.

I'm glad you had a great time at the conference, it looked like a fun family time for you.

People are interesting. Most people wouldn't have the nerve to say rude things to your face but they feel comfortable saying it in an email or on a blog. It's the same phenomenom with people who feel comfortable being rude while driving.

You are so right. Life is too short to get worked up over something so small. And really, even if it were a bigger deal, when did it become OK to act ugly just because something unfortunate happened to you?

Glad it all worked out!

You are great and it was no big deal. No one should have been rude to you and if they were following YOU they would have known you were out of town. Oh and tell Sherri my home computer is on the fritz so I can't yet accept her friend request, but as soon as it is fixed I will.
