Ok, so Kelsie had been sick since Friday night with a double ear infection and bronchitis. She finally went back to school today. I am so happy she was ready to go back. Finally I can wash her sheets and get her room sanitized.
However, this morning Kayla tells me she doesn’t feel good, her stomach hurts and she feels as if she’s going to throw up. {great} She went on to school but Zack came back home this morning after taking her to tell me he wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t get a phone call today. She didn’t say two words in the car, and normally she’s a chatter box. {praying she doesn’t come down with something and that it was just a fluke this morning}
I had everything ready to do a What’s For Dinner Thursday post and well…..it just didn’t happen. I have part of it sitting in my drafts and the photo in my camera…but it will just wait until next week. This week has just been off. I have loads of laundry I have got to get folded and put away…sheets to wash and put back on the beds and I just have to pick up the house. How come when you have sick kids the house looks like a bomb was set off inside?!

Rest up and take care of your family. The meals can wait, never fear. I hope everyone feels better soon.
I hope she gets to feeling better..you know how I spent most of the day in bed yesterday? Well,I spent all last night in the bed too.I've had fevers,chills,nausea,and the other thing that if I'm not in the bed,I'm in the bathroom.I had all of three bites of a chicken finger for supper last night before I couldn't eat anymore and had to go back to bed.
I'm so miserable I ended up calling Mama at 1 this morning.Of course,you know she was up.Well,I didn't realize I would write a novel:)I'll try to call you later if I'm up to it.
Take care of yourself!!
I did my "What's for Dinner Thursday" for all the sickies!!

Mucho love to everyone.. I hope it goes better. I am off the emergency clinic with the "adult child" ;)
I'm so glad Kelsie is feeling better and hopefully Kayla doesn't get what Kelsie had! It looks like Lexi will get to go back to school tomorrow...YAY!!! I washed sheets the past 3 days in a row trying to get rid of any sick germs and I have been spraying Lysol on all the door knobs, light switches, etc. like crazy.
messy homes are side-effects of illness. I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon!
Joanna,
Just take the time you need for you and your family, we all will still be here when you get back. I remember raising small children it is the HARDEST job on earth.
Remember to sterlize their toothbrushes too! So they don't get sick from them again (that's all you need!) Ugh!

I hope your kids get better soon, that is not fun to deal with! It is my first time at your blog, I am enjoying looking at it! If you have time to stop by, I am having a chocolate giveaway, yum!
Feeling your PAIN girl. Oh man am I there...
