What do you need?
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables {2 12 oz bags}, thawed and drained
- 1 16ox jar Alfredo Sauce {I used Ragu Roasted Garlic Alfredo}
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can Pillsbury garlic breadsticks
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large sauce pan heat chicken, vegetables, Alfredo sauce and milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly. Pour into large baking dish.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of your mixture. Unroll breadsticks and twist them according to package directions.
- Lay breadsticks in circular pattern starting on the outside and working your way to the middle. Sprinkle a little more cheese on the top.
- Bake 12 minutes. Remove and cover with a sheet of foil and bake an additional 12 minutes or until bubbly.

Mmmm... I like the idea of the breadsticks on top.
I think my kids would really like this! I finally figured out how to make a fabulous alfredo sauce, so I might just get crazy one day and whip this up! Another weekend dish, cause I'm eating super healthy during the week. This is really making my mouth water!
You have some AWESOME recipes!
Oh, and the Halloween post is killing me. I can't wait for fall and all the excitement that comes with it!

I just saw something similar in the Kraft food mag and they used croissant rolls for the top.
This looks delish!
