Crafting with Vinyl Letters

I have a love for cooking and baking…trying new recipes and cooking family favorites.  I have a lot of those Kraft Food magazines and they sit inside my red magazine holder….(I guess that is what that is called)  Anyways.  I also have a new found love for vinyl letters.

I have a tube that I purchased for Kelsie’s room and have since decided that I will use every letter that I can because it can not go to waste!  So, I have searched over the house for where I can put these letters and as I was going through and organizing family recipes one day…..

What a cute idea!

I am in love with vinyl lettering, too. Haven't seen this kit with just the letters - will be putting that on my wish list, too!

That's cute:)Right now,I'm in the middle of my window project and came home with another one from the thrift store yesterday(I may make something from it for Mama for her birthday in August).
Oh,I have to tell you something...make sure you've alrady gone to the bathroom or you may pee your pants after you hear this:
Yesterday morning,I went to brush my teeth and I grabbed the new tube of toothpaste that Josh had put right next to the tube that was almost empty.Ok,I put it on the toothbrush, start brushing my teeth, get the front teeth done before I actually get a taste of the toothpaste. It didn't have much of a taste and was VERY greasy feeling in my mouth so I'm wondering what's wrong with the toothpaste and I look to check the expiration date and instead of seeing the ex.date,I realize it was......DIAPER RASH OINTMENT!!! I know, you are probably spewing your coffee all over the screen:)
Josh can't quit laughing about it and it was his fault for putting it label side down right next to the toothpaste!

So stinking cute! I have a million Kraft food mags sitting in my black cabinet. Such good recipes, I just have to cut a few of the fat grams and calories from each one. LOL! Your red magazine holder is perfect up there!

One good place to get just the vinyl letters you want for your fun projects is vinylwallexpressions.com. I did the website for them, so I should disclose that, but I wouldn't have known all the options out there otherwise and there really is a lot of great stuff you can do since they stick to almost all surfaces and peel off if you want to make a change.

I like this idea for organizing recipes and will have to look into it for decorating my kitchen...thanks!
