Fitness Magazine Training

This is the 8 week training for a mini marathon that I am currently doing.  (I am not running a marathon in 8 weeks, I am doing this for the Spring Fitness Challenge) I figured that if anybody was in shape it was runners!
I am on week two….I am not doing the exact same thing, only my rest day is Sunday instead of Monday.

Oh my... you all with your fitness stuff! I only wish my weather was better so I would feel more motivated. :-(
