Sleepover Update and a Certain Top Blogger Got a Southern Girl Blog Design!

What a night!  Really.  Kayla hasn’t had somebody sleep over in almost 2 years.  I figured that she would have grown up a lot since then.  We put a stop to the sleep overs because Kayla is a bit “my way or no way” sorta girl. (hmmm..sounds familiar)
Well, this time was no different.  Tiffany and Kayla played the Wii, but Ms. Kayla insisted on being first all the time.  I told her to share and made her even give the first player over, because well it’s just not nice!  I love my daughter but she’s highly self fish.  I mean it’s good to be to a certain extent but you should always put your guests first!
Things finally worked themselves out.  We ate pizza and french fries.  The girls watched Gremlins (their choice) and ate popcorn.  This momma put lights out at 10pm…Yea, well they could lay and whisper until they fell asleep.  I never heard a peep.  (I am writing this at 11:30 Friday night)
Our plans tomorrow, I have no idea!  I know they are talking about painting nails and something else.  So, I am sure it will be something girly. *smiles*  I would have things planned but this was a last minute plan.  Normally we know a week in advance.  I know the older she gets it’s gonna be one of those after school she comes to the car, “can so-n-so come over and spend the night tonight?” deals, because well that is how it goes!
I am up late tonight…I just finished up designing one of my favorite blogs…I am sure that you all have been and do visit there daily…Southern Hospitality!!  Yep, I designed it! *smiles*  Rhoda had sent me a blog question, and I tried ever so hard to figure it out for her, but for the life of me I couldn’t get it.  So I offered to just redesign her blog, and she accepted.  She kept the header she had of course, and had the girl that designed it change out a photo for her, but the rest, is all me!  The columns and matching texts.  I am thrilled.  In exchange she has offered me some design advice.  Woot woot!  Advice from Rhoda, I can’t wait!  So if you haven’t already, hop over and check out her new look!
