Can We Say Sleepover?!

Tonight Kayla will have a little friend over to spend the night…I already have my ear plugs ready for bed time! *smiles*

The little girl that is spending the night is Kayla’s first friend.  Kayla and Tiffany met in kindergarten and hit it off.  Funny thing is, she also lived right down the street from us for a year or so, before moving out of town.  She is back and although not at Kayla’s school the two are still great friends.

Kayla spent the entire weekend at Tiffany’s house last weekend and we have decided to have her over tonight.  Now I am not an all weekend mama!  At least not until the girls are a little older and less squealy and giggly! *smiles*

I remember my first sleep over, besides family.  I was more of a home body (still am) and would rather have my friends over to my house.  Of course now that Kayla is in 4th grade I am sure these will start to become more frequent!  Let’s cross fingers and hope that they don’t keep us up all night!!

Oh they are going to have so much fun. Jamison wants her girlfriend to spend the night one weekend. I'll have to get tips from you. Have fun.

They will have so much fun! Lexi has already been invited for a sleepover on Saturday night. I was like you and would rather have been at my own home but Lexi is fine either way...home or away as long as she is with a friend!

So how was the sleepover? Great idea to use the earplugs...I have a feeling they came in really handy!

Hope things are good with you! Have a great weekend! :)

That is so much fun!

My oldest kids are too old for the FUn in sleep overs. They just sit in their room and text boys and giggle... Stupid teenagers.

I can't wait for the little ones to do it!

Sleep overs are so fun! Well, for the girls... LOL! Miss Birmingham is having a "GroovAThon" tomorrow and DD is having a friend come over in the morning. Then I will take the two of them to the Dance school where the "GroovAThon" is taking place. I have been photographing the current Miss Birmingham for years and DD has taken baton and dance classes from her in the past. The girls are so excited!!!

Are y'all going to do the makeup thing! Makeup and hair is always a blast. We are doing that before the GroovAThon...
