As I mentioned last week, I did in fact pull out the Christmas tree this past weekend. It is not too early! *smiles* I am not going to show you everything at once. No, I have to drag it out and show you room by room, element by element. This is all mainly because I am still adding things to rooms and getting everything pulled together. The garland has yet to go up seeing as we may be needing some new stuff this year. We shall see!
I do want to show you the beginning of my Christmas…It all starts the day after Christmas. Ever since Zack and I have been married, (5 years) we head to Target the 26th every year to get in on some grand deals. And boy have we gotten some major ones in the past. It’s the time to buy all your next year decorations and wrapping paper! Yes, I get scadoodles of it and pack it away until the next year. Because we all know the paper with the most awesome prints is the paper that is $9 for a roll of 5 feet! So I get the pretty stuff at dirt cheap prices.
But, I am not here to discuss my wrapping paper. I am hear to show you what I got last year and it was waiting for me this year! Oh and when you shop this way, odds are you will totally forget a few things that you purchased and it’s like Christmas when your opening up your decorations! Little surprises that will brighten your day. *smiles*
And now…My goodies!
There is a quilt with shams set for our bedroom, a matching rug and placemats, my new stocking (I was still using my first Christmas one, I KNOW!), 2 boxes of glass ball ornaments, red bows, Starbucks ornaments, J,K and K ornaments, and 3 sweet smelling candles. I picked them up because I loved the little beaded jars they were in! *smiles*
Tomorrow….My tree!

I always buy things after Christmas and stash them away for the next year! I am excited to see your tree!
I totally buy things when they are 90% off for the following year! LOL
We got married Nov. 30 and had a winter-themed wedding. So the year prior to that, we bought TONS of stuff for a gazillion dollars off..white twinkle lights, candles, greenery, etc.
We're a smart group of ladies, aren't we? :)
How fun...good thinking to stash away!

Oh my gosh, I love your stuff! I need to remember to get out and get to all those sales after Christmas. You scored big time! :)

It is nice to meet you. Thank you for stopping by my blog. I've always been tempted to buy after Christmas but I am so afraid my mind will change on what I buy...or I'll forget what I bought in the first place!
