Fall Outside Decorating...The Southern Girl Way...Inspiration

I am in the fall mood...I am ready for the leaves to change (we don't see that here), the cooler breezes to blow and the long sleeves to come out. I am also gearing up for fall decorating. This will be the first year that we decorate for fall, besides our normal pumpkins. *smiles* I can't wait!

I have lot's of ideas and plans...How will I go about decorating? Here are my inspirations....

My front porch....I plan on buying some mums this year...I have never had any but they are a statement of fall. This is my inspiration...

A wreath...I have thought about making one, but then again, maybe not..Either way, I love the look of these...

Then there are the pumpkins...Which we always have, not until after we come home from our trip to Alabama. We have started a tradition of going to the pumpkin patch at The Old Baker Farm. This year I may have to go and purchase a few for my decorating outside...
I want to do a little fall scene this year, with the hay, pumpkins, scarecrow and corn! I always see these all over on our trip to Alabama, so this year, I am bringing this idea home with me! I hope that I will start something great for this area.
My inspiration...
Stay tuned for fall decorating inside. I have some great inspirations for this one...And just wait until I start putting all these ideas together and really decorate...Before and After pictures will be here!

Ummm...yeah...Florida needs to get on board with the hay and scarecrows! It can't be seashells and starfish all the time LOL! I hope it really takes off. Since the trees fail to turn on their own...bring the fall to them :)
