Neutrogena Wet Skin Sunscreen Review

With school out, the girls and I have been out by the pool almost every afternoon.  Of course since we live in “the sunshine state”, that is our norm for spending our Summers.

Of course with pool and beach season comes the responsibility of sun protection.  Lets face it, the UV rays are much stronger than they were when I was a kid.  I don’t ever remember getting a sun burn as much as I have as an adult.  This brings my guard up against skin cancer.  I am always on the look out for the newest sun protection.

When I got the opportunity to try out a new line of sunscreen from Neutrogena called Wet Skin, I was thrilled.  This was the most perfect item that we would definitely be using for months out of the year.

This is not your normal spray on sunscreen.  When the spray on kind hit the market we were all over buying it.  It just seemed like it was far more practical with kids.  However, we were usually disappointed in the coverage and protection it provided.  I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with Neutrogena Wet Skin sunscreen.  We tried them all out and felt the coverage was great.  Nobody ended up with burnt splotches from lack of coverage.  Application was simple, you spray and go.  Of course you should always wait a little while before heading out into the sun with the initial application, but the best part of Wet Skin is you don’t have to dry off to reapply.  If you’ve ever tried to dry off and get sunscreen to stick, you’ll know how hard this can be.  And, then to ask kids to dry off so that you can reapply their sunscreen is almost as bad as pulling teeth.  It’s a task in itself.  Now the girls were able to come out of the pool, have sunscreen reapplied and hop back in the water without any hesitation.

We will definitely be buying Neutrogena Wet Skin all Summer long for our sun protection!  I highly recommend that y’all try it out as well.  If you buy online you’ll save $2 on all sunscreen products.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Neutrogena and received sunscreen and other Neutrogena products as a thank you for my participation.
