Lawry’s Review and Giveaway

We eat lot’s of chicken in our house…but for some reason my family gets tired of the same old flavors that fix. {most often, lemon pepper} Ok, so I admit it, I get a little tired of it too.  But who has the time to lay out chicken to thaw and then still have the time to marinate it all in the same day?  Ok, if you do, congratulations, but I do not….I lay out the meat in the mornings and it thaws out with just a little time to spare before I have to cook it for dinner.  So marinating meat is something that we only look forward to doing on the weekends.  Because as we all know marinades are best when it has time to sit for hours.  Ok…or that is the way I used to think.

Have you ever tried Lawry’s 30 minute Marinades?  Well until recently, I hadn’t.  Thanks to My Blog Spark and Lawry’s I was able to try out two of their flavors…Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato and Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ…did I mention that these are 30 minute marinades?  Yea…well that should be noted, numerous times! 

We tried the Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato first and we let our chicken marinade for the 30 minutes that it says and we grilled it up.  The chicken honestly tasted like it had been marinating for hours.  Ahhh…no more lemon pepper chicken! {family squeals} Lawry’s is available in a variety of flavors and you can certainly use them for more than just chicken.  Try pork or even veggies!  So now thanks to Lawry’s I have time to have flavorful dinners that taste as if I’ve let them marinate for hours.
