Home Made Apple Cider

I am not a fan of the store bought stuff at all.  I think it has an odd flavor whether it’s hot or cold.  There is just something “off” about it. 
We were at my brothers house for Thanksgiving and my niece made her famous apple cider.  This stuff was delicious!  I am now a fan of apple cider but only if it’s this recipe!
