I fixed this soup last year some time and we now have it ever so often when it gets chilly out. I fixed this on Halloween since it was nice and cool out. This was the perfect compliment to that evening!
We served this yummy soup with grilled cheese sticks. And if your wondering I took a picture of Kelsie’s plate and bowl…Well we all ate ours before I got a chance to take a photo! *Smiles*
What do you need?
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
3 cups spicy tomato juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
What do you do?
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat thoroughly, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Can’t get any simpler than that! This recipe is courtesy of Food Network’s Sandra Lee! I just love all her super simple recipes and have two of her cook books coming this way from Barnes & Noble! I will be semi home made cooking it in no time!

You know a meal is good when it goes faster than you can take the picture!
