I know you already know what I am referring too, but I seriously couldn’t wait and I am sure the kids aren’t complaining either.
We pulled out the kids trees that I purchased last year the day after Christmas. They were thrilled to say the least. I will of course get some fabric for tree skirts soon, but for now they are naked down below. hehe.
Kelsie's tree came with ornaments because it’s a Disney Princess tree, Kayla’s however did not, so I got out some of her ornaments and let her choose a couple more to add to her tree. I added ribbon to both the girls trees for their toppers and I was shown the biggest smiles and given the biggest hugs and kisses!
So, yes sir re, we are greeting Christmas early! But hey, who cares, right? Life flies by, I mean it was just a couple of weeks ago it seems that I put up Halloween decorations when in reality it was the first week of September. Time is going by so fast, so why not savor our favorite time of year for as long as we possibly can!
Our main tree will go up in 2 weeks and then the outside decor will go up the weekend after Thanksgiving. I am super excited!
I even went ahead and put up our new bubble light night lights through out the house.
So, if you feel like bringing out the Christmas but your worried what people will think…Who cares! It’s your home, and if you want to savor the season for a bit longer than a couple of weeks {because that is what it will feel like}, I say go ahead. Because I am breaking out the Christmas music today as well. *smiles*

I don't blame you, I love Christmas too. I'm going to try to celebrate Thanksgiving first though. Ha.
I'm ready for the music! That is my favorite part about this time.
I love Christmas, and it seems like everyone is getting an early start this year. There was a truck in the car pool line this morning with a live tree in the back of it.
Have fun decorating!
I'm with you girl!
I was just telling my mom that it's not fair that fall decorations can be out from September to the end of November YET CHRISTmas really only gets a month...So I too am going to have a good two months of CHRISTmas!
I've been watching Christmas shows and listening to Christmas music! Love it!
Have fun!!!!Ho Ho Ho!
Robin~♥
P.S. I started laughing out loud right when I read your post title!
If we had a house I'd be itching to put out our Christmas decorations! We have a small apartment though so a month of having the patio door blocked off is about all we can handle! :o)
Definitely pulling out the Christmas CDs though!!
We used to have several Christmas trees throughout the apartment.
This year I'll keep with just 2 trees.
I enjoy decorating and this year will be interesting since we are living in a very small apartment.
