Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Skillet
What will you need?
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg Stove Top Chicken Stuffing
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup {we used cream of chicken}
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix.
- Cook chicken in non-stick skillet on med-high heat 5 min of each side or until both sides are browned.
- Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Top with stuffing and over. Cook on low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

What...pizza is not the top anymore! I love the Kraft food magazine. I actualy need to tear out recipes from this issue and put them in my Kraft binder. Yum!
