What’s For Dinner Thursday! Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Skillet

I am loving my most recent issue of Kraft Food and Family magazine…Truth be told, I love them all!  There are some really great recipes that are easy and cheap!  {just what I like, but still tasty} *smiles*  So this recipe is from the Fall 09 issue.
Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Skillet
October 2009 003
What will you need?
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg Stove Top Chicken Stuffing
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup {we used cream of chicken}
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
What do you do?
  1. Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix.
  2. Cook chicken in non-stick skillet on med-high heat 5 min of each side or until both sides are browned.
  3. Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken.  Top with stuffing and over.  Cook on low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
So so good!  Kayla actually said that pizza was no longer her favorite food!
