Or at least we think so! *smiles* It is however really cheap to make, which is always a plus.
For this recipe you will need:
Mix, shape and refrigerate…(haha that rhymes!)
Fry until golden brown.
And Enjoy!
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
1 box of Stuffing mix
2 tbsp. Paprika
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and make patties…I made 7 of them, you could of course get 8 out of the mix. Put onto a tray, cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or overnight.
Heat large skillet with just enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry on both sides until brown. (about 3 or 4 minutes per side)
Serve and enjoy…These are even good cold cold!
