If there is one thing that I love it’s using whole wheat when ever possible. I buy whole wheat pasta, bread and crackers, but I had never tried whole wheat flour. I was honestly kind of worried about the taste.

When I got the chance to try out Gold Medal’s new White Whole Wheat Flour, I got excited. It was a way for me to give it a try without worrying about money going to waste if we didn’t like it. However, it will now be the only flour we purchase from now on! We love it. I used it for breading my fried chicken, making biscuits and corn bread. I was pleasantly surprised that it was really good.

The only thing you have to be careful on is when substituting the white whole wheat flour for your normal flour that you follow the measurements for conversion so you don’t mess up. Of course you can also find recipes here that call for the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour.
