Working on Christmas…

Our lights are all up outside, our manger scene graces the front yard and the garland has finally been hung inside.
We got my tree for the bedroom this past weekend and I got to put all my mother’s antique ornaments on it.  It was an emotional moment when I finally got them out, but it was well worth it.  I can’t wait to show ya’ll!
I have quiet a few Christmas tours that I am going to link up to on my sidebar.  If your a blogger and your thinking about linking up, it’s a great idea!  You get tons of exposure and it’s a lot of fun to look at other’s decorations!
We have been having lot’s of family fun this last week with watching Christmas movies and shows while drinking our hot cocoa with marshmallow fluff! {this is way better than plain ol marshmallows}
We missed the Christmas parade because I am still sick! {yuck}  My voice is finally back to normal but my cough and sore throat is lingering, not to mention the stuffy nose.
I still have more shopping to do for both the kids and Zack.  I am working on my Christmas list for Zack actually, haha.  I have went to a few of my favorite sites and getting together a list of links for him.  He said he had no idea what I wanted, and this was the best way to get what I wanted! *smiles*
I worked on Christmas cards last night so they are ready to go this week.  We were going to do photo cards but with the lack of time to get pictures made and get the cards in the mail, we will have to do that next year.  Oh well, it’s that thought that counts right?!
I apologize for not giving any recipes and or crafts this holiday season.  Well, postings have been sparse as well my comments on all y’alls blogs too.  With me being sick, and now my lap top charger went on the fritz {I am waiting on a new one from HP} it’s hard to get online.  Not to mention it’s the holiday season and this year I am relishing every moment of it that I can.
However, I do have some tasty recipes that I am going to be posting!  And I will be linking up to the Christmas tours!!
Hope ya’ll are enjoying this wonderful Christmas season!

Wish you and Manda were here to help me decorate the office. I do not like this tiny tree for this huge showroom. I don't know how I'm going to make it Christmassy without spending more money. Hmmmmm. What to do.
