Crock Pot Chicken Parm {What’s for Dinner Thursday}

Last week or so I was in the mood for chicken parmesan but in all honesty it’s just a lot of work.  It’s delicious but who wants to bread chicken, fry it up, then put it in the oven and so on….
So I decided to just do it in the crock pot!

What do you need?
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts frozen or thawed
  • 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
What do you do?
  1. Bread your chicken {yep even if it’s frozen}
  2. Put chicken into crock pot and pour sauce in
  3. Add one cup of shredded mozzarella and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  4. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours
  5. When your ready to eat, cook noodles like you normally would
  6. Plate up and add cheese to the top
Easiest chicken parm I’ve ever made!
