Miscellany Monday

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

1.  I see blue skies this Monday morning.

2.  Blue skies are kinda a big deal for me today because we’ve seen rain for a whole week, every. single. day.

3.  I am headed to the dr first thing this morning.  I am finally having my follow up appointment for the mammogram, two ultrasounds and the cone down mammogram that I have had the past few weeks.  They called me back after the first ultrasound for a mammogram.  Then I got called back again after the mammogram for another ultrasound and a cone down mammogram.  They found a couple of spots they wanted to look at in more detail.  Spots that can’t be felt by the human hand.  The spot that I had the original ultrasound for, that’s just dense/fibrous breast tissue coming together in a peak.  Today is finally my follow up at the drs office.  However, I did receive a letter from the imaging place I went too for the ultrasounds and the mammograms and they want me to make another appt in a few weeks to check for any changes.  Apparently one of these spots look suspicious.  So far this is not over.  Sigh…

4.  We finally watched Sherlock Holmes.  Yes, the one with Robert Downey Jr.  We’ve had it for, oh, um about 2 months from Netflix.  We could have bought the movie twice now for what we’ve been paying.  There was just never a “good” time.  Finally on Saturday night I told Zack, let’s just watch this.  We watched part of it and then finished it up last night.  I didn’t catch the ending, I had already taken my sleeping pills and fell sound asleep.  I told him just to send it back.

5.  I can’t wait for Tuesday night.  That’s the night we DVR Pretty Little Liars {ABC Family} while we’re watching Americas Got Talent.  Is anybody else watching either of these shows this season?  We are hooked!  The girls were rooting for the 11 year old girl that made it through.  Anna Graceman, I think that’s her name.  She impressed me on her audition, breaking out playing and singing Alicia Keys.  That girl is good!  Then we watch PLL after the kids are in bed.  That show is a little too racy for Kayla.  Even though she is begging to read the books.  We’ll see.

6.  Kelsie is in for a huge surprise come Thursday.  I can’t say here what it is, but let’s just say she’ll be the happiest little girl around. :)

It has been so gross and rainy all week here too! We have been terrible about keeping our Netflix forever lately. We have been doing alot more streaming though:) I hope you get good news at the doctor today!

I adore blue skies!!!! Please keep us posted on the dr appt. I haven't watched either one of those shows before. I'm so behind on our DVR. I'm excited to hear about this surprise.
