I read your previous post---it's right up my ally! When is the half marathon? Have you registered yet? And, I am very proud of you for choosing the chicken instead of the Hamburger Helper!! To help with the amount of water you need, pick up a large clear water bottle(at running stores or sporting goods stores) that has the number of cups or oz. on the front of it. That way, you can actually see your progress. You rock! Let me know if I can help you with anything!! Half marathons are my absolute favorites!!
